The Studio is based right in the centre of Tring, you will find our studio to be a friendly, spacious environment with lots of natural light and equipped with the best Pilates equipment available today (Our Equipment).
We work on a 3 to 1 (instructor to client) ratio so you will never be working totally alone and you will always be working safely (see our Instructors). All our clients work to their own level of ability, progressing at their own pace. A typical Pilates session will comprise some ‘standard’ Pilates routines to warm-up, followed by specialist exercises to address specific problem areas, or needs. As supervision is so personal, your exercises can be altered at any time, and of course we can make them more difficult for you over time!
‘Boredom’ and ‘repetition’ are not words our clients use to describe their sessions with us – ‘fun’, ‘relaxed’, ‘challenging’ are words often heard within studio banter.
Our studio provides one- to-one teaching on purpose built equipment and provides a much fuller body conditioning experience than is available from only mat based classes. We provide straightforward body conditioning exercises for the person who just wants to improve their general well being as well as specialist remedial classes for those with muscular/skeletal alignment problems.
Throughout the day we run 1 hour or 1 ½ hours individual sessions, all equipment based, with no more than 6 people at any one time. We do also run group classes at certain times during the day and in the evenings (Classes). We have private consulting and workout rooms for client assessments and clients who prefer to work on a 1 to 1 basis.
